New Technology: Understanding Emerging Technology and Applying It
In today’s society, there is a lot of new technology being introduced to the market daily. Most of this new technology is designed for the betterment of man. Technology has been defined as the collection of human knowledge over the past century. The improvement of new technology continually drives progress in all aspects of science, including information and communication technology.
Technological innovation results from applying new technology and, more specifically, the improvement of specific technologies. There are three categories that we can categorize technological innovations into. These categories are product-based, information-based, and knowledge-based. Product-based designs refer to improvements in televisions, automobiles, personal computers, and other goods and services. Information-based innovations refer to technological developments that make information easily accessible to people.
